INGREDIENTS:
Broad beans Chopped - 2 cups
Onions medium - 1 nos.
Tomato medium - 2 nos.
Methi leaves - 1 cup
Chana dal - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli - 1 nos.
Green chillies - 2 nos.
Oil -1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - pinch
Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
METHOD:
Heat oil in pan add chana dal, urad dal, mustard seeds, red chilli and curry leaves allow it to splutter.
Add onions fry till it becomes transparent.
Add broad beans stir well and close the lid cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add tomato stir well cook for 3 minutes.
Add methi leaves, salt, turmeric powder red chilli powder cook for 10-15 minutes.
serve with rice or roti.
