COCONUT LADDU (Microwave)


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Fresh grated coconut      -  1 1/2cup
  2. Mashed Jaggery              -  1 1/2cup
  3. water                                 -  1/4 cup
  4. Cardamom                       -  2 

METHOD:
  • Add water and jaggery in a microwave safe bowl keep in microwave cook for 3 minutes or till jaggery melt.
  • Add coconut stir well and keep in microwave cook for 15-18 minutes(stir well in between).
  • Remove the mixture in a plate and keep a side for few minutes to get warm.
  • Now grease your palms with ghee and start making small balls with the mixture.
