INGREDIENTS:
- Fresh grated coconut - 1 1/2cup
- Mashed Jaggery - 1 1/2cup
- water - 1/4 cup
- Cardamom - 2
METHOD:
- Add water and jaggery in a microwave safe bowl keep in microwave cook for 3 minutes or till jaggery melt.
- Add coconut stir well and keep in microwave cook for 15-18 minutes(stir well in between).
- Remove the mixture in a plate and keep a side for few minutes to get warm.
- Now grease your palms with ghee and start making small balls with the mixture.
