Few Health tips noted from my friends & books, provided with basic ingredients available in our Homes.
For cough:
Ingredients:
Cough and cold for kids:
Ingredients:- Salt - 12 grams.
- Wheat - 30 grams.
- Jaggery - 30 grams.
- Grind all three ingredients and make small balls(1-2 grams ball).
- Give this to kids 2 times per day.
For cough:
Ingredients:
- Nuvvulu (sesame seeds/till)
- Ghee
- Take few sesame seeds & little ghee mix well and take this 3 times a day.
Cold:
Ingredients: - Ginger - 10 grams
- Jaggery - 40 grams
- Grind the above ingredients.
- Boil it in 1/2 liter water till it becomes 1/4 liter water and allow to cool.
- Take this 2 times per day.
For cough:
Ingredients:- Milk - 1 glass
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- In hot milk add pepper and take this.
For cold:
Ingredients:- Milk - 1 glass
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- In hot milk add turmeric powder and take this.
For cold and cough:
Ingredients:- Amla juice or dry powder
- Amla fresh juice or dry powder boil in water and take this.
For cold and cough:
Ingredients:- Tulsi leaves - 1 cup
- Water - 1 1/2 glass
- Grind tulsi leaves and boil till the water becomes 1 glass.
- Take this 3 times per day.
