IDLI CARROT MASALA:



Ingredients: 
·        Idli                     -  4
·        Carrot                 -   1 cup 
·        Tomato ketchup  -   1 tbsp
·        Green chillies        -   3
·        Garam masala       -  1/4 tsp
·        Mint leaves           -  1/4 cup
·        Coriander leaves  -   1 /4 cup  
·        Salt to tast             
·        Oil                          - 1 tbsp
 Method:
Heat oil in a pan add mint leaves fry for 1/2 mint.
Add carrot & green chilli fry 5 mints in.
Then add ketchup, garam masala & salt mix well.
Now add crushed idli to it, keep for 2 mints.
At last garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot.
