PANEER BHURJI

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Paneer                     - 1 cup
  2. Onions                      - 2
  3. Tomato                     - 1
  4. Green chillies             - 2
  5. Ginger, garlic past      - 1tsp
  6. Coriander leaves        - 1/4 bunch
  7. Mustard seeds           - 1/4 tsp
  8. Cumin seeds             - 1/4 tsp
  9. Garam masala           - 1/2 tsp


Method:
    
Heat Oil in a pan add mustard seeds and cumin seeds splutter it.
Add chopped onions and  chopped green chillies fry till it becomes brown.    
Add ginger and garlic past fry for a minute.
Add chopped tomatoes fry till tomatoes cook till soft.
Add garam masala ,salt and mashed paneer fry for 3-4 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with roit.
