PUTNALU PODI



Ingredients: 

Roasted chana (putnalu)  -   1 cup
Cumin seeds                               -   1/2 tsp
Red chilli                                    -   4 -6 
Garlic                                         -    8 flakes
Salt to taste


Method:

Grind read chilli and cumin seeds grind it.
Add putnalu, garlic and salt grind well. 
Serve this podi in hot rice with ghee or oil.
Keep this poid in airtight jar.
