Ingredients:
- Large brinjals - 4
- Besan - 2 cups
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Soda powder - 1 pinch
- Oil for deep fry
For stuffing:
- Vamu - 1/2 tsp
- Green Chilli - 5
- Tamarind pulp - 5 tsp
- Coriander leaves
- For stuffing grind the 4 ingredients in mixer to make past & keep a side.
- Slit the brinjals for stuffing.
- In a pan add water(3-4 cups), salt, turmeric powder & brinjals, boil for 15 mints.
- After boiling take brinjals in to a plate & let them cool for 15 mints.
- Now fill the paste in brinjals & keep a side.
For bajji:
- In a bowl add besan, salt, red chilli powder, soda & water mix it in smooth batter for bajji.
- Heat oil in pan.
- Dip the brinjals in batter & deep fry in oil.
