vegetable biryani


Ingredient:
·        Rice                                                   - 2 cups
·        Chopped carrot, beans, peace            - 1 cup
·        Potato                                                - 1
·        Onion                                                 -  1
·        Green chilli                                         -  2
·        Coriander leaves                                -  1/2 cup
·        Mint leaves                                        -  1 cup
·        Clove, cinnamon, cardamoms powder -  ½ tsp
·        Ginger, garlic past                              -   1 ½ tsp
·        Tomato                                              -   1
·        Bay leaf                                             -   1
·        Salt to tast 
·        Oil                                                     - 2 tbsp
METHOD:
Wash and soak the rice in 4 cup of water for 30 mint.
Heat oil in pan fry above ingredient one by one.
Now add rice, fried ingredient and salt in a cooker, cook till done.
Serve with raita or with bagara baingan.
