TOMATO METHI CURRY



Ingredients:
·        Tomato                            -  5
·        Methi leaves                      -  1 cup
·        Onions                             -  2
·        Green chilli                     -  3
·        Chana dal                       -   1/2 tsp
·        Urad dal                         -   1/2 tsp
·        Musterd seeds              -   1/4 tsp 
·        Jeera                             -   1/4 tsp
·        Red chilli                       -   1
·        Red chilli powder           -   1/2 tsp
·        Dhania powder               -   1/2 tsp
·        Coriander leaves           -   1/2 tsp
·        Salt to tast
·        Oil                                  -   1 tbsp
·        Method :
Heat oil in a pan add chana dal, urad dal, musterd seeds & jeer allow to splutter.
Then add chopped onions & green chilli fry it till brow.
Add chopped tomato & methi leaves mixed well & colse the lid for 15 mints in medium flame.
After that add dhania powder,salt  red chilli powder mixed well close the ild for 5 mints.
Now garnish with coriander leaves.
Served with hot rice or chapati.
