AMLA PICKLE



Ingredient:
·        Amla (usiri kayalu)                  - 1 kg
·        Chilli powder                            -  ½  cup
·        Salt                                              -  ½  cup
·        Fenugreek seeds(menthulu)   - 1 tsp
·        Mustard powder                      -  1 tbsp
·        Oil                                               - ½ cup
·        Lemon                                        - 1
METHOD:
Roast fenugreek seeds & grind in to a fine powder keep a side.
Wash amlas & clean with clean cloth keep a side for 1 hrs.
Heat oil in a pan deep fry amlas till light brown, remove from oil & let them cool.
Now add chilli powder, salt, fenugreek powder & mustard powder in a bowl mix well.
Then add powders to amlas mix well, now add oil.
At last add lemon juice.
Take pickle in to airtight jar leave for 10 days or 1 moth.
Serve this pickle with hot rice.
