CABBAGE CHUTNEY

INGREDIENT:
  1. Chopped cabbage    -  2 cups
  2.  Green chilli             -   5
  3.  Urad dal                  -  1 tsp
  4.  Mustard seeds         -  1/2 tsp
  5.  Read chilli              -  1
  6.  Jeera                       -  1/2 tsp
  7.  Lemon                    -  1
  8.  Oil                          -  1 tbsp
  9. Turmeric powder     -  pinch
  10. Salt to taste
METHOD :
  • Add salt in chopped cabbage mix well keep a side for 30 mints.
  • After 30 mints squeeze the water from cabbage.
  • Grind the green chilli in mixer then add cabbage and turmeric powder grind it for 1-2 mints (dont make it past).
  • Heat oil in a pan add urad dal, mustard seeds, jeera & read chilli allow to splutter.
  • Add cabbage fry for 2-3 mint.
  • Take it in to a bowl add lemon juice.
  • Serve hot with rice.
