- Chopped cabbage - 2 cups
- Green chilli - 5
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Read chilli - 1
- Jeera - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon - 1
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - pinch
- Salt to taste
- Add salt in chopped cabbage mix well keep a side for 30 mints.
- After 30 mints squeeze the water from cabbage.
- Grind the green chilli in mixer then add cabbage and turmeric powder grind it for 1-2 mints (dont make it past).
- Heat oil in a pan add urad dal, mustard seeds, jeera & read chilli allow to splutter.
- Add cabbage fry for 2-3 mint.
- Take it in to a bowl add lemon juice.
- Serve hot with rice.
