IDIAPPAM


  



Ingredient:
·        Rice flour           - 2 cups
·        Boiling water 
·        Salt
·        Chakli maker to make idiappam
·        oil
METHOD:
In rice flour add boiling water and salt to make a soft dough.
Grease the idli plates and chakli maker.
Place a little dough in chakli maker (sev maker) and press over in idli plates in a circular motion.
Now add 1 glass of water in idli cooker and place idli plates steam it 5 mints.
Serve with channa curry, sambar or any gravy curries.
