METHI MUTTER


Ingredient:
·        Methi leaves                      -  1cup
·        Fresh Mutter (green peas) -  1 cup
·        Cream                              -  1/2 cup
·        Milk                                 -  1/2 cup
·        Jeera                                -  1/2 tsp
·        Read chilli                        -  1
·        Ginger, garlic past            -  1 tsp
·        Onion                              -  1
·        Tomato                           -  1
·        Turmeric powder            -  1/4 tsp
·        Coriander powder          -  1  tsp
·        Garam masala                -   1/2 tsp
·        Read chilli powder         -  1/2 tsp
·        Salt to tast
 METHOD:
Heat oil in a pan add jeera, read chilli allow to splutter.
Add chopped onions fry for 2-3 mint, then add ginger garlic past fry for 1 mint.
Add chopped tommato cook for 5 mint.
Now add green peas, coriander powder,garam masala,red chilli powder & salt.
Then close the lid cook for 5 mints.
Now add methi leaves cook for 5 mints.
Add cream cook for 2 mints.
At last add milk mix well cook for 2 mints.
After finishing Methi mutter curry take it in to serving bowl serve hot with chapati.
