APPAM



Ingredient:
·        Raw rice                          1 cup
·        Cooked rice                     ½ cup
·        Coconut milk                  1 cup
·        Salt                                  1 tsp
·        Sugar                               2 tsp
·        Yeast                               1 tsp
·        Water as required  
·        Luke warm water to dissolve yeast                          
METHOD:
Soak raw rice for 4 hours.
Then grind raw rice, cooked rice and coconut milk.
 Now add yeast, sugar and salt grind it, if u require add some water.
Allow to fermentation for 6-7 hours.
Heat non-stick pan pour ½ cup of mixture.
Quickly spread the mixture to make a thin layer.
Cover with a lid and cook in medium flame for 3 minutes.
Now appam is ready. Serve hot with any chutney or any gravy curry.
