INGREDIENTS:
- Onion - 1
- Green chillies - 2
- Garam masala - ¼ tsp
- Mustard seeds - ¼ tsp
- Urad dal - ¼ tsp
- Channa dal - ¼ tsp
- Jeera - ¼ tsp
- Oil - ½ tbsp
- Curry leaves
- Salt as per taste
- Turmeric powder
Heat oil in large pan add channa dal, urad dal, mustard seeds, jeera and curry leaves allow to split.
Add onion green chillies fry till golden brown.
Add Garam masala, salt and turmeric.
Add bread slices and sprinkle little water and mix well.
Close the lid cook for 2-3 min.
Serve hot.
