Butter Paneer Masala



Ingredient:
·        Paneer cubes                            1 cup
·        Butter                                       3 tbsp
·        Chopped onion                        1  cup
·        Chopped                                  2  cup
·        Ginger                                     1  tsp
·        Green chilli                             2
·        Cardamoms                             2
·        Curd                                        ¼ cup
·        Chilli powder                          ½ tsp
·        Garam masala                         ½ tsp
·        Milk                                        ½  cup    
METHOD:
Heat half the butter in a pan add onions, ginger, green chilli & cardamoms fry for 4 minutes.
Add tomatoes stir well and close the lid cook for 10 minutes.
Then add beaten curd and cook for 5 minutes.
Add ½ cup water and cool it for 15 minutes.
Blend in a mixer till smooth.
Heat remaining butter add gravy and other ingredients except milk and paneer.
Cook till it get a very thick gravy.
Just before serving, hot gravy add milk and paneer fingers and boil for 3-4 mints.
