- Capsicum 1
- Paneer(Cubes) 250gms
- Onion(Medium) 1
- Redchillies 3-4
- Zeera Powder 1/2tbsp
- Daniya Powder 1/2tbsp
- Amchur Powder 1/2Tsp
- Turmeric 1tsp
- Zeera 1/4 tsp
- Oil & Chilli Powder & Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan add jeera, redchillies allow to splutter.
- Add onions fry for a while.
- Then add capsium and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add all dry masala, salt & chilli powder, cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add panner cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Serve with chapti.
