INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups plain flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 ¼ cup beaten curd
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt to tast
METHOD:
- Add all ingredients in a bowl and make a dough. Cover it and keep aside till 5-6 hours.
- Make this dough in small balls. Take one small dough roll them like a big puri.
- Heat oil in a pan deep fry on medium flame.
- Serve hot with chole.
