INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 cups plain flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 ¼ cup beaten curd
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt to tast
 METHOD:
  • Add all ingredients in a bowl and make a dough. Cover it and keep aside till 5-6 hours.
  • Make this dough in small balls. Take one small dough roll them like a big puri.
  • Heat oil in a pan deep fry on medium flame.
  • Serve hot with chole.
