Brinjal curry



Ingredients :
1.      Chopped large brinjal  in a salt water – 5
2.      Chopped Onions - 1
3.      Green Chilli & Ginger past - 2 tsp
4.      Oil - 2 tbsp
5.      Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
6.      Chana dal - 1/2 tsp
7.      Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
8.      Red  Chilli - 2
9.      Salt - 1 tsp
10.  Turmeric - 1 pinch
11.  Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Method: 
Heat the oil in a pan add Chana dal, Urad dal, Mustard seeds, Red chilli splutter it.
Add onions fry for 2 mint.
Add Chopped brinjal, salt & turmeric mix well & close the lid.
Cook it for 10-15 mints ,mixed well in between.
Now add ginger & green chill past, cook for 3 mint.
After finely cook add coriander leaves & off the flame.
Take curry in serving bowl. Serve hot with rice.
