Ingredients:
- 1 /kg baby potatoes
- 1 /cup thick curd
- 1 tbs cream
- 2 tbs chilli garlic flakes
- 1 /tsp kasoori methi
- 1 tsp pudina past
- 1 tsp salt
Method:
- Wash and boil potatoes on micro save bowl at 100% powder for 7-8 min.
- Mix all other ingredient for marinade and dip the boiled potatoes in it.
- Keep for ½ hr. in refrigerator.
- Place on the high rack keep for 2-3 min at 100% power
- Garnish with coriander leaves serve hot with chutney
