Tandoori aloo (Microwave)


Ingredients:
  1. 1 /kg  baby potatoes
  2. 1 /cup thick curd
  3. 1 tbs cream
  4. 2 tbs chilli garlic flakes
  5. 1 /tsp kasoori methi
  6. 1 tsp pudina past
  7. 1 tsp salt
Method:
  • Wash and boil potatoes on micro save bowl at 100% powder for 7-8 min.
  • Mix all other ingredient for marinade and dip the boiled potatoes in it.
  • Keep for ½ hr. in refrigerator.
  • Place on the high rack keep for 2-3 min at 100% power
  • Garnish with coriander leaves serve hot with chutney
