INGREDIENT:
- 3 Slices Bread
- 1½ Cup Besan flour
- ¼ Cup Rice flour
- ¼ Tsp Chilli powder
- ¼ Tsp Cooking soda
- Salt to taste
- Oil to deep fry
- Chaat masala powder
METHOD:
- Cut the breads in 2 or 4 parts keep aside.
- In a bowl add besan flour, rice flour, chilli powder, cooking soda, salt and water mix well (The batter should be in smooth consistency).
- Now dip the bread slices in batter and deep fry in oil.
- Sprinkle chaat masala powder on it and serve with sauce.
