Method:
- Soak Kabuli chanas overnight and after soaking cook it in cooker.
- Take some oil in a pan add mustard seeds and jeera allow to splutter.
- Add the chopped onions, green chillies and ginger, garlic paste fry it.
- Add the chopped tomatoes. Stir it for some time.
- Add the turmeric powder, coriander, salt, garam masala, and stir well.
- Add the kabuli chana, cook till the chick peas is cooked well.
- Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with puri.
