Ingredients:
- 1 cup rava
- 1 cup vermicelli
- 2 green chillies finely chopped
- 1 inch ginger finely chopped
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato finely chopped
- 1 tsp chana dal
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp urad dal
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt to taste
- 4 cups water
METHOD:
- Heat oil in a pan add chana dal, urad dal and mustard seeds allow to splitter.
- Add ginger, green chillies and onion fry till onions becomes transparent.
- Add tomatoes fry till it becomes soft.
- Add water and salt bring to boil.
- Add vermicelli and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Now add rava(stir well while adding rava) close the lid and cook till it becomes thick.
