Ingredients:
- Poha - 2 cups
- Onion - 1 large chopped
- Green chillies - 3 chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pinch of turmeric
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
For tempering:
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Chana dal - 1 tsp
- Peanuts - 1 tsp
- urad dal - 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
- Red chillies - 1
- Curry leaves
Method:
- Add water in poha and drain the water completely keep aside
- Heat oil in pan add peanut fry for a minute then add chana dal, urad dal, Mustard seeds allow to splutter.
- Add curry leaves, onion and green chillies fry till light brown.
- Now add poha stir well. Close the lid cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
