INGREDIENTS:
- Moong dal - 2 cup
- Raw rice - 1/4 cup
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Green chillies - 2-3 nos
- Jeera - 1 tsp
- Oil
- Salt to taste
- Wash and soak moong dal and rice for 3-4 hours.
- After 3-4 hours grind the moong dal, rice, ginger, green chillies, jeera and salt (grind in to smooth batter).
- Heat dosa pan pour add batter and spread evenly, sprinkle some oil on it.
- Cook till it becomes light brown, after getting brown turn to other side and cook for a minute.
- Serve hot with chutney.
