PESARATTU (Green Moong Dal Dosa) AND ONION PESARATTU



INGREDIENTS:
  1. Moong dal                         - 2 cup
  2. Raw rice                            - 1/4 cup
  3. Ginger                               - 1 inch
  4. Green chillies                     - 2-3 nos
  5. Jeera                                 - 1 tsp
  6. Oil
  7. Salt to taste
METHOD  FOR PESARATTU:
  • Wash and soak moong dal and rice for 3-4 hours.
  • After 3-4 hours grind the moong dal, rice, ginger, green chillies, jeera and salt (grind in to smooth batter).
  • Heat dosa pan pour add batter and spread evenly, sprinkle some oil on it.
  • Cook till it becomes light brown, after getting brown turn to other side and cook for a minute.
  • Serve hot with chutney. 
FOR ONION PESARATTU:


  • Heat dosa pan pour add batter and spread evenly, add chopped onion, chopped green chillies, chopped ginger and sprinkle some oil on it.
