INGREDIENTS:
- Palak 2 bunch
- Corns 1/2 cup
- Paneer cubes 1/4 cup
- Bread slices 6
- Black pepper powder
- salt to taste
METHOD:
- Boil palak and corns in separate bowls.
- After boiling corns and palak drain the water.
- Make the palak paste (don't make fine paste).
- Mix the palak, corns, paneer and salt.
- Trim brown edges of the bread slices.
- Spread the palak mixture on one slice and sprinkle pepper powder over it.
- Cover with another slice, make the same in three layers.
- Cut into two pieces like triangle shape.
- Serve with ketchup.
