Ingredients:
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1 cup curd
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 2 finely chopped green chillies
- 1/2 bunch coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- water as u required
Method:
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl ( batter should be very smooth).
- Heat non stick dosa pan, pour the batter on pan.
- Spread the batter evenly and sprinkle 1tsp oil over it.
- When dosa turns brown turn it to other side.
- keep for a few minutes.
- Remove it and serve hot with chutney.
