INGREDIENTS:
- Carrot finely chopped - 5 no.
- Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
- Green chilli paste - 1/2 tsp.
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp.
- Urad dal - 1/2 tsp.
- Chana dal - 1/2 tsp.
- Oil - 2 tbsp.
- Red chilli - 1 no.
- Turmeric powder - pinch
- Curry leaves
- Salt to taste
METHOD:
- Cook chopped carrots in cooker.
- Heat oil in a pan add chana dal, urad dal, mustare seeds, red chilli and curry leaves allow to splutter.
- Add carrots, salt and turmeric powder cook for 10 minutes.
- Add green chilli past and grated coconut mix well cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
