Ingredients:
- Karela - 4 nos.
- Onions - 2 nos.
- Salit - 1 tsp
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Grind onion into paste (don't make fine paste).
- Add salt and turmeric for chopped karela keep aside for 15 minutes.
- After that squeeze water from karela.
- Heat oil in a pan add karela, fry till it becomes brown.
- Now add onion paste fry till moisture is absorbed.
- switch off flame add red chilli powder.
- Serve with rice.
