KOBBARI PERUGU PACHADI ( COCONUT DAHI)


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Coconut                    - 1/2 cup
  2. Curd                         - 1 cups
  3. Green chillies            - 2 nos.
  4. Ginger                      - 1 inch
  5. mustard seeds          - 1/4 tsp
  6. Urad dal                  - 1/2 tsp
  7. Red chillies              - 1 nos.
  8. Oil                           - 3 tsp
  9. Turmeric                  - pinch
  10. Curry leaves
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Coriander leaves
 Method:

  • Grind coconut, green chillies and ginger together in grinder.
  • In a bowl add the grinded mixture, curd, salt and turmeric, mix it well.
  • Heat oil  add urad dal, mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves allow to splutter, add this to the coconut dahi.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve with rice.
