INGREDIENTS:
- Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Curd - 1 cups
- Green chillies - 2 nos.
- Ginger - 1 inch
- mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
- Red chillies - 1 nos.
- Oil - 3 tsp
- Turmeric - pinch
- Curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves
Method:
- Grind coconut, green chillies and ginger together in grinder.
- In a bowl add the grinded mixture, curd, salt and turmeric, mix it well.
- Heat oil add urad dal, mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves allow to splutter, add this to the coconut dahi.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with rice.
