INGREDIENTS:
- Coriander - 2 bunch
- Green chillies - 4-5 nos
- Tamarind - 1 small size lime
- Roasted sesame seeds (nuvvulu/til) - 2 tsp
- Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 3 tsp
- Turmeric powder - pinch
- Red chilli - 1 nos.
- Salt to taste
- Heat oil in a pan add chopped coriander, tamarind and green chillies. Cook till moisture absorbed, allow to cool.
- Grind roasted sesame seeds in to fine powder.
- Now add cooked coriander, salt, turmeric grind in to fine past.
- Heat oil in a pan add urad dal, mustard seeds and red chilli allow to splutter, add this to chutney.
- Serve with hot rice.
