KOTHIMIRA PACHADI (CORIANDER CHUTNEY)


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Coriander                                        - 2 bunch
  2. Green chillies                                   - 4-5 nos
  3. Tamarind                                         - 1 small size lime
  4. Roasted sesame seeds (nuvvulu/til)   - 2 tsp
  5. Urad dal                                          - 1/2 tsp
  6. Mustard seeds                                 - 1/2 tsp
  7. Oil                                                   - 3 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder                             - pinch
  9. Red chilli                                         - 1 nos.
  10. Salt to taste 
METHOD:

  • Heat oil in a pan add chopped coriander, tamarind and green chillies. Cook till moisture absorbed, allow to cool.
  • Grind roasted sesame seeds in to fine powder.
  • Now add cooked coriander, salt, turmeric grind in to fine past.
  • Heat oil in a pan add urad dal, mustard seeds and red chilli allow to splutter, add this to chutney. 
  • Serve with hot rice.
