PANEER PARATH

 
INGREDIENTS:

For Paratha dough:

  1. 2 cup wheat flour
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 2tsp Oil
  4. Water

For stuffing:
  1. 250 gm paneer
  2. 2 Finely chopped green chilli
  3. Coriander leaves
  4. Salt to taste

Method:
  • I a bowl add wheat flour, salt and water make dough add oil to it mix well keep aside for 30 minutes.
  •  Make the dough in small ball.
  • For stuffing add all stuffing ingredients in a bowl.
  • Take one small dough, in clean surface roll it in small chapati.
  • Put 1 to 1 1/2 tsp of stuffing mixture in the center and close the filling by gathering edges.
  • Roll out into paratha.
  • Heat your tava put paratha on it cook till brown sports appears on both sides.
  • Serve with chutney.
