For Paratha dough:
- 2 cup wheat flour
- Salt to taste
- 2tsp Oil
- Water
For stuffing:
- 250 gm paneer
- 2 Finely chopped green chilli
- Coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
Method:
- I a bowl add wheat flour, salt and water make dough add oil to it mix well keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Make the dough in small ball.
- For stuffing add all stuffing ingredients in a bowl.
- Take one small dough, in clean surface roll it in small chapati.
- Put 1 to 1 1/2 tsp of stuffing mixture in the center and close the filling by gathering edges.
- Roll out into paratha.
- Heat your tava put paratha on it cook till brown sports appears on both sides.
- Serve with chutney.
