VEGETABLE BROWN RICE

INGREDIENTS:
  1. 1 1/2 Cup finely chopped vegetables(green peas, capsicum, corns, carrot, beans...).
  2. 2 cup Brown rice.
  3. 1 tsp Cardamom, cinnamon and clove powder.
  4. 1 Large onion. 
  5. 1 tsp Ginger, garlic paste.
  6. 3 Green chillies.
  7. 1 Lemon.
  8. 1 tbsp Oil.
  9. Salt to taste.

METHOD:

  • Wash and soak brown rice for 30 minutes.
  • Add 4 cups water to brown rice cook it in cooker.
  • Heat Oil pan add chopped onions and green chillies fry till light brown.
  • Add ginger, garlic paste, cardamom, cinnamon and clove powder fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add chopped vegetable fry till moisture is absorbed.
  • Now add cooked rice stir well, cook for a minute.
  • Sprinkle lemon juice and sever hot.
