INGREDIENTS:
METHOD:
- 1 1/2 Cup finely chopped vegetables(green peas, capsicum, corns, carrot, beans...).
- 2 cup Brown rice.
- 1 tsp Cardamom, cinnamon and clove powder.
- 1 Large onion.
- 1 tsp Ginger, garlic paste.
- 3 Green chillies.
- 1 Lemon.
- 1 tbsp Oil.
- Salt to taste.
METHOD:
- Wash and soak brown rice for 30 minutes.
- Add 4 cups water to brown rice cook it in cooker.
- Heat Oil pan add chopped onions and green chillies fry till light brown.
- Add ginger, garlic paste, cardamom, cinnamon and clove powder fry for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped vegetable fry till moisture is absorbed.
- Now add cooked rice stir well, cook for a minute.
- Sprinkle lemon juice and sever hot.
