CAULIFLOWER CURRY


INGREDIENTS:

  1. Cauliflower (cut into florets)  - 1
  2. Green peas                                - 1/2 cup
  3. Ginger and green chilli paste   - 1 tsp
  4. Chana dal                                 - 1/2 tsp
  5. Urad dal                                   - 1/2 tsp
  6. Mustard seeds                          - 1/2 tsp
  7. Red chilli                                 - 1
  8. Oil                                            - 1-2 tbsp
  9. Turmeric powder                     - pinch
  10. Salt to taste

METHOD:

  • Heat oil in a pan add chana dal, urad dal, mustard seeds and red chilli allow to splutter. 
  • Add cauliflower, green peas, salt and turmeric powder, cook for 15 minutes.
  • Add ginger and green chilli paste stir well, cook for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves. 
  • Serve with rice or roti.
