INGREDIENTS:
- Cauliflower (cut into florets) - 1
- Green peas - 1/2 cup
- Ginger and green chilli paste - 1 tsp
- Chana dal - 1/2 tsp
- Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli - 1
- Oil - 1-2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - pinch
- Salt to taste
METHOD:
- Heat oil in a pan add chana dal, urad dal, mustard seeds and red chilli allow to splutter.
- Add cauliflower, green peas, salt and turmeric powder, cook for 15 minutes.
- Add ginger and green chilli paste stir well, cook for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with rice or roti.
