INGREDIENTS:
Basmati rice - 2 cups
Cauliflower - 1 medium size( cut into small florets)
Dhania powder - 1 tsp
Green chillies - 3 nos
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - pinch
Salt to taste
Coriander for garnishing
METHOD:
Wash and soak rice for 30 minutes.
Add 4 cups of water to rice cook it in cooker.
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds allow to splutter.
Add cauliflower, green chillies,salt and turmeric powder cook for 15 minutes.
Add dhania powder cook for 5 minutes.
Add red chilli powder mix well, add cooked rice cook for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
