MEXICAN HOT CHOCOLATE (Microwave)


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chocolate pieces                    - 1/2 cup
  2. Water                                    - 1/2 cup
  3. Instant coffee                         - 1 tsp
  4. Vanilla flavour                        - 1/2tsp
  5. Cinnamon Powder                 - pinch
  6. Milk                                      - 2 cups
  7. Sugar                                    - 1 tsp 

METHOD:

  • In a microwave safe bowl add chocolate, coffee, and water. Microwave  at 100% power for 4-5 minutes, stir in between.
  • Add rest of the ingredients stir well. Microwave at 80% power for 6- 7 minutes, stir in between.  
  • Serve hot.
