CAPSICUM PANEER ROLLS



Ingredients:
  1. Capsicum chopped     - 3
  2. Paneer cubes              - 200 gm
  3. Onions chopped         - 1
  4. Ginger,garlic past       - 1tsp
  5. Red chilli powder      - 1/4 tsp
  6. Garam masala           - 1/4 tsp
  7. Corn flour                 - 1 tsp
  8. Mustard seeds          - 1/4 tsp
  9. Jeera                        - 1/4 tsp 
  10. Oil                           - 2 tbsp
  11. Turmeric powder pinch
  12. Salt to taste
For roll dough:
  1. Wheat flour             - 2 cups
  2. Oil                         - 2 tsp
  3. Salt to taste

    Method for dough:

    • Mix the above three ingredients with water and make a dough for rolls, cover it and keep a side for 30 minutes.

    For capsicum curry for filling:

    • Heat oil in pan add mustard seeds and jeera allow to splutter.
    • Add onions fry for a few minutes, add ginger, garlic past fry for a minute.
    • Add chopped capsicum, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, cook for 10 minutes.
    • Add paneer cubes and chilli powder cook for 5 minutes.
    Method for rolls:

    • Divide the dough into six equal size balls.
    • Dip one ball into flour roll out the dough into thin circle.
    • Heat the tawa and place the roti cook both sides for few minute.
    • Fill with the capsicum paneer curry and wrap it into rolls.
    • Serve hot.
