Ingredients:
- Capsicum chopped - 3
- Paneer cubes - 200 gm
- Onions chopped - 1
- Ginger,garlic past - 1tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
- Corn flour - 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Jeera - 1/4 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder pinch
- Salt to taste
- Wheat flour - 2 cups
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method for dough:
- Mix the above three ingredients with water and make a dough for rolls, cover it and keep a side for 30 minutes.
For capsicum curry for filling:
- Heat oil in pan add mustard seeds and jeera allow to splutter.
- Add onions fry for a few minutes, add ginger, garlic past fry for a minute.
- Add chopped capsicum, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, cook for 10 minutes.
- Add paneer cubes and chilli powder cook for 5 minutes.
- Divide the dough into six equal size balls.
- Dip one ball into flour roll out the dough into thin circle.
- Heat the tawa and place the roti cook both sides for few minute.
- Fill with the capsicum paneer curry and wrap it into rolls.
- Serve hot.
