WHITE RADISH WITH PALAK CURRY


INGREDIENTS:

  1. White radish (mullangi) chopped   - 3 nos
  2. Palak chopped                                 - 2 bunch
  3. Green chillies chopped                  - 2 nos
  4. Amchur powder                             - 1/2 tsp
  5. Garam masala                                - 1/2 tsp
  6. Chana dal                                       - 1 tsp
  7. Urad dal                                         - 1 tsp
  8. Mustard seeds                               - 1/2 tsp
  9. Red chilli                                       - 1no
  10. Oil                                                - 1-2 tbsp
  11. Turmeric powder                          - pinch
  12. Salt to taste

METHOD:
  • Heat oil in a pan add chana dal, urad dal, mustard seeds and red chilli allow to splutter.
  • Add chopped radish and green chillies stir well cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add palak, salt and turmeric powder stir well cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add amchur powder and garam masala stir well cook for 10- 15 minutes.
  • Serve hot with rice or  roti.
