INGREDIENTS:
- White radish (mullangi) chopped - 3 nos
- Palak chopped - 2 bunch
- Green chillies chopped - 2 nos
- Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Chana dal - 1 tsp
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli - 1no
- Oil - 1-2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - pinch
- Salt to taste
METHOD:
- Heat oil in a pan add chana dal, urad dal, mustard seeds and red chilli allow to splutter.
- Add chopped radish and green chillies stir well cook for 3 minutes.
- Add palak, salt and turmeric powder stir well cook for 5 minutes.
- Add amchur powder and garam masala stir well cook for 10- 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or roti.
