Sunnundalu (Urad dal laddu)
Ingredients:
- Urad dal - 1 cup
- Jaggery grated - 1 cup
- Ghee - 1/4 cup
Method:
- Dry roast urad dal till brown, allow to cool.
- Grind urad dal and greated jaggery into fine powder.
- In a bowl add urad dal and jaggery powder and ghee, mix well and make laddu.
