Ingredients:
- Pasta - 1 1/2 cup
- Tomato - 4 no
- Carrot - 1 no
- green peace - 1/2 cup
- Capsicum - 1 no
- Spring onion - 1/4 cup
- Oil 1 tbsp - 1
- White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil pasta in water add salt and 1 tsp oil.
- After boiling drain the water and rinse in cold water.
- Heat oil in a pan add chopped vegetables cook for 5 minutes then add spring onions cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove the cooked vegetables and keep a side.
- In that same pan add chopped tomatoes cook till it becomes soft.
- Add cooked vegetables to tomatoes cook for 3 minutes.
- Add cook pasta and white pepper powder stir well.
- Serve hot.
