PASTA


Ingredients:
  1. Pasta                              - 1 1/2 cup
  2. Tomato                          - 4 no
  3. Carrot                            - 1 no
  4. green peace                    - 1/2 cup
  5. Capsicum                       - 1 no
  6. Spring onion                   - 1/4 cup
  7. Oil 1 tbsp                      - 1
  8. White pepper powder    - 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt to taste

Method:
  • Boil pasta in water add salt and  1 tsp oil.
  • After boiling drain the water and rinse in cold water.
  • Heat oil in a pan add chopped vegetables cook for 5 minutes then add spring onions cook for 2 minutes.
  • Remove the cooked vegetables and keep a side.
  • In that same pan  add chopped tomatoes cook till it becomes soft.
  • Add cooked vegetables to tomatoes cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add cook pasta and white pepper powder stir well.
  • Serve hot.
