Ingredients:
- Brinjals - 6 no
- Peanut - 1/4 cup
- Coriander seeds - 1/4 cup
- Channa dal - 1/4 cup
- Urad dal - 1/4 cup
- Red chillies - 4 no
- Sesame seeds - 1/4 cup
- Oil for deep fry
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Dry roast peanut, coriander, channa dal, urad dal, red chillies and sesame seeds separately.
- Grind the roasted ingredients and salt into fine powder keep aside.
- Slit the brinjals and deep fry in oil.
- After deep frying the brinjals stuff the grinded powder.
- Serve hot with rice.
