Ingredients:
- Raw mango - 10
- Mustard powder - 1 1/4 cup
- Red chilli powder - 1 cup
- Salt - 3/4 cup
- Methi seeds - 1 tsp
- Kabuli chana - 1/4 cup
- Oil - 1/2 liter
Method:
- Wash the mangoes and keep aside for 3-4 hours.
- Cut the mangoes into 8 equal parts and add 1/2 cup oil.
- In a bowl add mustard powder, red chilli powder and salt, mix well.
- Then add this mixture to mangoes, mix well.
- Add remaining oil and methi seeds and kabuli chana, mix well.
- Store this in jar.
- On third day check the salt. If u required add some salt.
