Ingredients:
- Maida - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Curd - 1/4 cup
- Milk - 1/4 cup
- Butter - 1/4 cup
- Soda bi carbonate - 1/4 tsp
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Sieve flour, soda bi carbonate and baking powder.
- Add curd, vanilla essence, sugar and melted butter in bowl beat till fluffy.
- Mix sieved flour to sugar mixture, add milk and mix it gradually.
- Grease microwave safe cake dish.
- Pour cake batter in the cake dish.
- Bake for 8 minutes at 60% power, then at 100% at 1-2 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes and remove from cake dish.
- Icing with whipped cream.
