Ingedients:
Method:
- Dondakaya (tindoora) - 1/2 kg
- Onions - 4 Nos.
- Besan flour - 3 tsp
- Redchilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut dondakay horizantaly into 4 parts.
- Grind the onions into past(dont make fine past).
- In a pan add oil and fry dondakaya till it become brown (add salt), remove from oil keep aside.
- In the same oil add onion past fry till moistuer absorbed.
- Add fried dondakaya stir well close the lid cook for 5 minutes in low flame.
- Then add jeera powder, besan powder and red chilli powder, cook for 1 minute.
- Serve with hot rice.
