Apples - 8
Sugar - 2 cups or 2 1/2 cups
Lemon. - 1
Water. - 1/2 cup
Method:
Peal and cut all apples in small pieces.
In a large pan add chopped apples, sugar and water cook for 45 minutes in medium flame.
Switch off flame keep side for 10 to 15 minutes to get cool.
Later blend the apple mixture in to past don't make fine past.
Again cook the apple past for 15 minutes or till it get thick past.
At last add lemon juice.
Store in air tited jar keep it refrigerator.
Use this apple jam with in one month.
