Introduction:

Instructions:
1. Roasting the Eggplant:
- Apply a thin layer of oil on the eggplant's surface.
- Roast the eggplant over an open flame, turning it occasionally, until the skin is charred and the flesh becomes soft.
2. Preparing the Roasted Eggplant:
- Let the roasted eggplant cool down.
- remove the skin eggplant.
- Mash the roasted eggplant using a fork or your hands. Set aside.
